Note: The sealed UV bulbs contain a small amount of mercury. Dispose of these items at household hazardous waste collection sites only.
- Turn off & unplug air purifier
- Remove back cover
- Remove top filter
- Gently grasp the blue tab and pull the bulb cartridge straight out of the uV socket. Do not touch the bulbs directly with your hands.
- Insert new UV bulb cartridge into the socket
- Re-insert the top filter and place the rear cover back onto the unit
- Discard old UV bulb cartridge(s) only at household hazardous waste collection sites
- Plug purifier back in to an electrical socket; turn purifier on
- Press and hold the UV Reset bulb button for 10 seconds to clear the red LED light so it will turn green again
